RETURN POLICY
Custom products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to Anne Michael. Non customized items can be returned in their original condition wihtin 7 days of deliery for STORE CREDIT. For help with a return, please email emily@shopannemichael.com
TURN AROUND TIME
Current processing time for CUSTOMIZED orders is10-14 business days. (Can be longer, depending on season)
Non customized orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
PATCHES
Added on patches/customized products are an additional $5 per patch.
Patches are glued on with adhesive for most customized items. If you would like your patches SEWN in, please choose the upgrade option "Sew My Patches In" (this option is only avaibale on certain products)
SHIPPING/LOCAL PICKUP
There are two ways to recieve your online order. Shipping or local pickup (Central Arkansas)
We are NOT responsible for lost packages once they are delivered to the post office, but we will do everything in our power to help open a case with the post office if your package is more than 5 buisiness days lost.
